Ingredients

  1. 2 small eating apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
  2. 6 whole cloves
  3. 1 (4-inch) cinnamon stick
  4. 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  5. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  6. 1/4 cup water
  7. 1 small orange, juiced
  8. 1 bottle Hudson Valley Farmhouse Cider

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove cloves and cinnamon stick and serve warm.
