Ingredients
- 1 sugar cube
- 1 fluid ounce pomegranate juice
- 3 fluid ounces dry sparkling wine
- Pomegranate seeds, optional
Instructions
- Place a sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute. Pour the pomegranate juice over it, then the sparkling wine. Drop a few pomegranate seeds into the glass. Serve.

Tested this in preparation for Thanksgiving. Yummy and pretty color. It is not super strong. Love the tartness. One sugar cube is just right.
We make these all the time but never use the sugar cube. So tasty just with pom and champagne.
This wasn’t quite as sweet as I had hoped. Might make it using gingerale instead of champagne next time. Looks very festive nonetheless.
