Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups good mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 chicken sausages
- 6 hot dog rolls
Instructions
- Prepare a charcoal grill with a single layer of hot coals.
- Meanwhile, whisk the mayonnaise, mustards, sour cream and salt together in a small bowl. Set aside at room temperature.
- Grill the sausages until they are evenly browned on the outside and cooked on the inside (times will vary depending on sausage size).
- Place each sausage in a roll and serve with the mustard mayonnaise.

A breakfast hot dawg? was not sure. tried it at a big brunch party and only my friend brad ate one. i am allergic to mayonnaise so i used whipped cream and instead of buns i gave brad one that used a banana peel as a bun. he liked it but brad is super duper wierd. safe to say brunch did NOT go over well. have no more friends who want to come to my brunch parties (not sure if it was hot dogs fault though) :”)
INA. ROCKING IT AGAIN. i always wanted hot dogs for breakfast but my mom says no brad u can’t. finally Ina understands and man oh man are dey good. so good i make them 4 my mom but she still doesn’t eat them. More 4 me I guesssss
