So I had a package of their rub and I went to refill it with this recipe and it didn’t look/smell the same using this recipe.  I looked on the original label and the rub is supposed to have brown sugar.  A lot of the ingredients are obscured (“spice extract”) but it clearly has brown sugar which is common in rubs.  This is not the authentic recipe.

Outstanding! I cooked the ribs slowly over low heat on the grill for 2 hours and then turned the heat up for a quick outside char. I then put them in the oven on 300 for 2 hours. The next day I put them in the oven on 200 for 1 hour with bbq sauce and the result was WOW!!! Ribs that were so tasty and the meat fell right off the bone! A keeper for sure
