Nice summer salmon recipe

Love the way that the brightness of the cilantro and lemon flavors contrast with that little kick of Wasabi. I used leftover baked salmon rather than canned, but I like it without the salmon, as a side as well.

This dish is easy and unique– not a combination you often find! I’ll definitely be making it again. The wasabi is definitely the key; don’t leave it out!

This is a great recipe for canned salmon. I added 1 teaspoon honey to the dressing for added depth. Filling yet light!

I had to make my own wasbi paste, and maybe I made it a little too weak, beacuse I didn’t tate any of it. Without the wasabi, there’s not much real taste to this salad; although I’d make it again.
