Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray, for the baking sheet, optional
- 14 round salted butter crackers
- 4 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- One 24-ounce jar marinated quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- Marinara sauce, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

400 is to high, 375 mine were burnt on bottom after 20 minutes
Super easy and tasty. My husband loved them. We dipped them in ranch dressing. I wish I had an olive oil sprayer to spray them before I popped them in the oven. That would make them even crispier! Will make again (after I buy an oil sprayer)
I didn’t care for these at all. Threw them out and won’t make them again. Not crispy.
Easy to make and delicious to eat. Made this last year and am making again for New Year’s Eve party tomorrow.
This is one of the best appetizers everrrrrrrrrrr!!! I made it for Christmas Eve and everyone loved it, especially my son. I highly recommend it. The thing I will do whenever I make it again is : MAKE MORE.
This is definitely a go to appetizer! So crispy and tasty… easy to prepare!
Can these be served at room temperature?
