I guess my oil got too hot and smoke set fire detector off, I tried cooling things down and continue cookking them but we went out for pizza instead… Too bad it wasted good meat. Make sure your oils not too HOT!!!
Absolutely wonderful!! However, instead of frying, I baked it. Took a cut up pork loin and baked at 400 degrees 15 minutes on each side. Came out crispy and extremely tasty!!! THUMBS UP BOBBY!!!
This is not the healthiest way to cook a pork chop… but some times you have to indulge. You can buy pork chops already butterflied at the store to make it easier. It took less than 15 minutes to bread and cook, and was really moist and juicy.
A very simple flavored pork chop recipe.
Tried them this evening. Excellent taste, easy to make. Guests were very pleased.
This was so easy I had it done before the guys came home from work. They loved it, my three year old thought it was great and normally he is very picky about what he eats….Thanks so much!
I never got to ask her how she made her chops, so this great food was lost to me, till now. I have tryed everything. But nothing come close. Thank you for get a little bit of Grandma back. Not when I cook this I can remeber & feel all the long afternoons at Grandma’s house.
Deee-lish!
