Ingredients

  1. One 5-ounce can tuna, drained
  2. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  3. 1 small stalk celery, small dice
  4. 1 tablespoon diced red onion
  5. 2 teaspoons capers, drained
  6. Juice of 1/4 lemon
  7. Romaine lettuce leaves, for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, capers and the lemon juice in a bowl. Scoop onto lettuce leaves.
