Ingredients
- 1 1/4 ounces coconut rum (recommended: Malibu Rum)
- Ice
- Pineapple juice, to fill
Instructions
- Pour coconut rum into a 10-ounce rocks glass over ice. Add pineapple juice to fill. Stir and serve with a short straw.

Delicious and so easy! For a change you can blend it BUT it’s easy to drink a few too many!
This drink is very refreshing. Will be great for the summer. Better be careful, it’s easy to drink a lot of these.
