Ingredients
- Deselect All
- 1 package pre-cooked sausage patties
- 1 (8-ounce) can crescent shaped rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 dash hot sauce
- Lemon juice
- 4 slices American cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Heat the pre-cooked sausage patties in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes.
- While sausage patties are heating, prepare rolls. Unroll the crescent dough from the can. Notice that there are four rectangular pieces. Separate the rectangles from each other. Place one rectangle with a long side nearest you. Separate the triangles and pinch together the two shorter sides making one large triangle. Loosely roll up the triangle starting from the longest side. Bring the ends around and overlap to form a circle. Press ends together and place on a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining three pieces. Brush rolls with butter and bake for 11 to 13 minutes.
- While rolls are baking, mix together the mayonnaise, hot sauce, and lemon juice, to taste.
- Slice baked rolls horizontally. Split roll and place sausage patty on bottom half. Add a dollop of mayonnaise sauce, a slice of cheese, and replace the top of the roll. Heat the sandwich in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds, or until the cheese starts to melt.

Reviews
Okay, so I didn’t make this recipe exactly. Skipped the sauce and used bacon instead of sausage. Just as good as the fast food versions.
Did this recepie but without the sauce. It was great, perfect for an easy saturday morning breakfast!
I can’t beleive how bad this taste and worst how bad this is for you.
My husband and I liked this breakfast sandwich. But it’s not an every weekend thing. They are a bit heavy. And if you don’t like lemon juice, don’t put it in there.
Sandwich was overly greasy, over-processed tasting, and expensive to make. Truly revolting.
This version was too fatty and the sauce was horrible. Burger King’s tastes fresher and tastier. Better for you too, as it has less fat and cholesterol.
These were really heavy and greasy. Made me feel very unhealthy.
This was very easy and tasty. Nice portions to fill you up.
Great for multi-tasking. These sandwiches made a great Sunday morning breakfast for my 2 children, plus I had enough left over for 2 more quick weekday breakfasts. I left out the sauce and fried up my own sausage patties, plus I used 6 sausage patties (that’s how many came in the package) and 2 containers of crescent rolls. My children loved them! These are much better than the pre-made sandwiches from the frozen section of the grocery store.
These were delicious. I added scrambled egg to them, which made them even better.
