Ingredients

  1. Deselect All
  2. 4 cups shoyu, yamasa
  3. 1 1/2 cups sugar
  4. 1 cup mirin
  5. 1 1/2 cups lime juice
  6. 8 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  7. 3 tablespoons ginger, peeled, grated
  8. 3/4 cup daikon, grated
  9. 2 cups water
  10. White wash
  11. 1 ounce cornstarch
  12. 2 1/2 ounces cold water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Thicken with white wash. Serve.
