Great quick flavorful soup

As a Kansas City native, I can most definitely tell you that this is nothing like the the Steak Soup served at Plaza III. Their soup has large chunks of steak in a rich savory soup & is unbelievably delicious.

I just ate at the Plaza III this past Saturday (18 Aug 2007) and had the steak soup.

This recipe isn’t very similar. The Plaza III steak soup is made with steak, not hamburger. There are no chopped tomatoes in it. There are no mixed vegetables.

The Plaza III steak soup is delicious. This just isn’t the recipe.
