Ingredients

  1. 1 cup cold coffee
  2. ¾ cup coconut milk beverage (such as Silk®)
  3. 1 tablespoon sugar-free white chocolate-flavored syrup (such as Torani®)
  4. 1 tablespoon sugar-free coconut-flavored syrup (such as Torani®)
  5. 1 packet stevia sugar substitute (such as Truvia®)

Instructions

  1. Pour coffee in ice cube tray(s); place in freezer until frozen solid, 2 to 4 hours.
  2. Combine coffee cubes, coconut milk, white chocolate syrup, coconut syrup, and sugar substitute in a blender; blend until icy and frothy.
