The spicy version of conventional potatoes is called Au Gratin Mexicali by Idahoans. You’re done when you add some cheese and salsa.

Ingredients

  1. 1 (3.95 ounce) package Idahoan® Au Gratin Homestyle Casserole
  2. ½ cup chunky-style salsa
  3. ½ cup shredded Mexican cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare potatoes according to directions and add salsa.
  2. Add shredded cheese five minutes before end of bake time.

Made this tonight. Not sure how it got 4 starts. Very bland and was watery and I followed recipe to a tee
