Despite having eggs in it, my Grandma’s recipe is fairly light in color. Even with the sugar on top, they are not particularly tasty, aside from being coarse and thick, where we lived in southern Ohio. They are outstanding! (Because of the humidity where I live, I may need to add up to 9 cups of flour.)

Ingredients
- 1 part Kilbeggan® Single Grain Irish Whiskey
- 2 parts medium to dark roast coffee
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- Whipped Cream, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a heat-proof mug, stirring to dissolve sugar.
- Top with whipped cream.
