Delicious taste! Clear instructions with a good video. I made the filling the night before and assembled the eggs just before serving as recommended. It worked out great! I made a half recipe for my family and it scaled down well. Rather than struggle with using 1/2 tsp each of yellow mustard and dijon mustard, I used 1 teaspoon of dijon.
I had never used my Instant Pot to make hard boiled eggs and I will never do it the old way again! This recipe was easy and delicious! Big hit at our first family get together since the pandemic!! Thanks
