Japanese cuisine called teppanyaki uses a teppan, which is a flat iron plate or griddle, and the word “yaki” means “cooked.” Without a teppan, how do you prepare beef teppanyaki? This is a little bit of a cheat as I don’t have a teppan, but it still works!

Wow!! We used a sirloin that was fast dated and I let it marinate for a good two hours. It was so flavorful!!! Definitely let your pan get to full heat before you sear. The additional sauce at the end makes it. Very very good!
