Ingredients

  1. 2 cups rice milk
  2. ½ cup vegan chocolate chips
  3. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine rice milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is hot, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add a chai tea bag to the saucepan for a chai-spiced hot chocolate.
  3. Coconut milk, soy milk, or almond milk may be used in place of rice milk, if preferred.

Good ratio of chocolate to milk. I tried adding a bit more chocolate – ok, a lot. I doubled it – and regretted it. Stick to the amounts written. I used coconut milk and added some ground cayenne. Thank you for the recipe.
