Ingredients

  1. 2 cups fresh corn kernels
  2. salt as needed
  3. 4 teaspoons butter
  4. 2 tablespoons lemon juice, or more to taste
  5. ½ teaspoon garam masala
  6. ½ teaspoon chaat masala
  7. ¼ teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Fill a deep pan with water and bring to a boil. Add corn and salt and cook until corn is tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add boiled corn, lemon juice, garam masala, chaat masala, chili powder, and salt and cook until corn turns light brown in color, about 5 minutes

Really good, it was hard to stop eating it! The seasonings are perfect and you could serve this with all sorts of dishes. It took about 2 large ears of corn to make up 2 cups worth.
