Ingredients

  1. 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 (8 ounce) tub whipped topping, thawed
  3. 1 cup powdered sugar
  4. ⅔ cup peanut butter
  5. ¼ cup milk
  6. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  7. ¼ cup melted butter
  8. 1 cup melted milk chocolate (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, whipped topping, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and milk together in a bowl using an electric blender until well mixed, about 1 minute.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter together in a bowl using a spoon.
  3. Roll peanut butter mixture into bite-sized balls; roll balls in graham cracker mixture until covered. Place balls on a baking sheet covered with wax paper. Freeze for 1 hour.
  4. Dip frozen bites into melted chocolate and return to wax paper. Freeze for 1 hour before serving.

This did not work for me at all. The mixture was unrollable and I dared not add more powdered sugar since it was all ready sweet enough. I added the graham crackers into the mixture, scooped out balls and froze for 2 hours. They were still very soft, sticky and very difficult to roll. A shame to have to throw this out.
