Using an air fryer to cook seasoned breakfast potatoes is simple. No need to watch the kids when holding a skillet. Place them in the air fryer, cook for 10 minutes, then shake and cook for another 10 minutes. Outside is perfectly crispy, while the interior is soft and tender.

These were nice, but I found that the amount of spices weren’t enough for the volume of potatoes. I would up the spices a lot if I make these again.
Perfectly seasoned! I am new to the air fryer world and so pleased with these potatoes. I used some baked russet potatoes I had on hand so I cut the cooking time in half. They were a perfect addition to our breakfast burritos!
Delicious! Light and crispy. Used Yukon gold potatoes as that is what we had in hand. Only needed to cook 15 minutes.
Such a simple and yummy recipe. I left the skin on,added a sprinkle of garlic powder and added cauliflower five minutes in since I’m trying to add more veggies to my breakfast. It came out fantastic. Potatoes were soft on the inside and slightly crisp on the outside and seasoning was spot on.. My son loved it as well. Thank you soooo much.
