My mother taught me how to make the finest bearnaise I’ve ever had. Even though it’s a calorie-dense treat, it’s worth every one! The best served over a fine steak, and also excellent on asparagus! On eggs Benedict, it may also be used in place of hollandaise. Up until the time for serving, keep it heated in a double boiler over hot water (removed from heat).

Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken drumsticks and thighs
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- ⅓ cup honey
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
Instructions

Close the bag and turn to coat chicken. Marinate 1 hour, turning chicken once. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.

- Place aluminum foil sheet with holes on grill rack. Immediately place chicken on aluminum foil.
- Grill chicken 5 minutes; turn. Continue grilling and turning every 5 minutes until chicken is tender and reaches 180 degrees F, about 30 minutes. Brush with reserved marinade during last 5 minutes grilling time.

Delicious! Made it on the grill without the foil. It sticks a little but gets that slight char flavor you get from the grill. My family loved it!
The chicken was delicious, great flavor. My family loved it.. The only problem I had was the drippings on the aluminum foil began to burn, maybe I didn’t have enough holes in the foil. Had to remove foil an cook directly on grill.
It was very moist and delicious! Do not leave out the step of brushing on the reserve while cooking!
The chicken did not get done in the times of the recipe and I had to return to the grill. Needless to say, my family was not happy waiting at the table. They did not complain about the seasonings, so I guess those were OK.
Delicious with no changes! Obviously the longer you marinate the better. Also obviously, the bottle of dressing you choose is important. I used a balsamic one 🙂
I didn’t grill this recipe but instead baked it. my entire family loved it! I left it in the oven at 405° until it was extra crispy and caramelized. very delicious.
It was good, just need to spray the foil with Pam!
