Goodness the smoke. This was made by a friend, and ever since then, I’ve been hooked.

Reviews
From somebody who grew up hating Brussels sprouts, this recipe is quite good. I used one tablespoon of olive oil on the prepared Brussels sprouts and did not add paprika to the Kielbassa, served with buttered boiled potatoes.
After reading the reviews, I decided to punch it up a bit by adding chopped apples and red onions when I added the sausage. Then added garlic powder and onion powder to the Brussels. Left out potatoes opting to make potato pancakes instead. Good recipe to use as a base.
I cut up a couple of carrots to roast with the brussels sprouts. And I have also cut up small potatoes to roast with the sprouts. Very versatile recipe.
Simple and delicious. I added a couple cubed Yukon Gold potatoes along with the sprouts (to fill out the meal), adding an extra 15 minute roasting time before adding the kielbasa. My family devoured it!
I tried this because it looked easy, and I had all the ingredients. It was surprisingly tasty. I’ll be making this often.
This is an example of 2 separate ingredients that I am not fond of, but when combined make a great recipe. It’s a good low carb meal if served with a salad
Really good recipe on its own butI liked it even better with the addition of diced potatoes as suggested in the reviews. It makes it a full meal. The smokey paprika makes the vegetables standout.
This was really great and easy to make. The family enjoyedit.
This was “alright” but definitely not a recipe I would repeat. The prep work was simple and it didn’t take long to roast but there was nothing special that I couldn’t have achieved by just doing it as all other simple recipes describe. One of the biggest drawbacks was the added salt… kielbasa is plenty salty on it’s own and the dish was almost briny.
I only had turkey sausage of the same style as Kielbasa, but it worked fine. I used 1/4 tsp of pepper and added 1/4 tsp of garlic powder. Taking a cue from a few other reviewers I put the sprouts and the sausage in at the same time and they were both done in 15 minutes. I guess the original poster had giant brussel sprouts!
So quick and easy! I added some other veggies i had in the fridge to “bulk” up the veggie portion. Next time i want to add a side of rice! Thank you!
It was very easy to make and it was very good. Will make it again.
Husband really enjoyed it.
I loved this. I used ring bologna and I did add potatoes too so I had a one pan meal. My hubby is usually not thrilled about fresh Brussels sprouts but he liked these. Thanks for a fab quick dinner!
Really good quick, and tasty meal.
This was good, but it’s missing something. I added potatoes, and onion and cooked it at 375 degrees.
Love the flavors, but will reduce oven temperature next time. Brussels sprouts were dried out.
Delicious meal. Easy to make. Will definitely make this again.
Easy for a beginner! I added white rice to the as a side and it worked great. I mixed the leftovers together added some butter and now I got lunch for the next day. z
Love it! I use a few squirts of brown mustard to give it an extra kick. I usually serve this with pierogies.
I sprinkled Soy Sauce on top for a little tang.
