Cranberry Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  1. 4 cups sliced apples
  2. 2 cups cranberries
  3. ¼ cup water
  4. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  5. 3 tablespoons Truvia® Baking Blend
  6. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  7. 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  8. ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  9. 1 cup rolled oats
  10. 3 tablespoons Truvia® Baking Blend
  11. ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  12. 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  13. ¼ cup butter, melted
  14. 1 teaspoon molasses
  15. ⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place apples and cranberries in a large bowl; add water, lemon juice, Truvia®Baking Blend, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; toss to coat the fruit.
  3. Spray 9 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray; place fruit mixture in dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients; stir to form crumbly mixture.
  5. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of fruit.
  6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until apples are tender.
