This recipe is darned near perfect and will definitely be added to my list of favorites! The spice amounts are just right. We cut the salt in half and left out the cumin. I would have taken a picture but we didn’t have any left over!!!

Loved it! Definitely a keeper!

My family loves this! I only used half the salt and kicked up the cayenne pepper a bit, but otherwise followed it exactly.

My husband and I loved this. I upped the cayenne to 1 teaspoon and used smoked paprika. Delish! Much better than anything you can purchase ready made. And I had all the ingredients on hand.

I use this all the time. I make a big batch so I don’t have to make it each time .

I love the recipe. Not to spicy. I did halve the recipe for 1 chicken breast. Came out marvelous.

I was out of fajita seasoning today, (you know the kind in the package) so I decided to make this recipe instead. I am so glad I did! Its so much better than the pkg. Also the seasoning s were ones that I always have on hand. I also loved how the sauce got nice and thick. I will be making this from now on.

This recipe is good! I have made my own on and off but never remember. This is a keeper. I can amp up the heat as I wish depending on who I’m serving. (If not serving children, we like it a bit hotter.)

This was ok but I make a much larger batch for one meal. I did not add cornstarch I used light brown sugar instead of white, smoked paprika and substitute black pepper worth ground white pepper, which gives it quite a nice spicy kick without having to add cayenne but you can use less white pepper to add a pinch of cayenne if you want . Either way, Any leftovers become even spicier the next day.

Excellent seasoning!

I used this recipe but added smoked paprika which was a great hit with my teenage boys and husband.

Made several recipes of this and storing in a glass jar with directions for a quick and delicious fajita meal. No changes required, unless you like a little more spice; 1/4 tsp of cayenne isn’t even noticed. Great recipe!

Love making my own spice mixes! It’s great to know exactly what and how much is going into my food prep. Made as is.

It was easy to make & tasted excellent! Making it for the second time today.

Pretty good and no extra chemicals .

This was good and would make again. Used smoked paprika. Boneless/skinless chicken breast, 1 lbs 16-20 raw shrimp (peeled), Lg onion sliced, Lg red bell pepper sliced. Fajita seasoning and 1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth. Simmered until thickened. Cooked it all in one pan, just timed the order I put the ingredients in accordingly. Served over cilantro/lime cauliflower rice.

Loved it. Forgot to add the paprika but I don’t think it mattered. Will use this again and again!

I love making my own spice mixes. I know every ingredient in them. This one turned out great. Most recently, I used it in Chicken Fajita Rice Casserole but have used it in chicken fajitas in the past.

It was excellent! I tried it with Smoked Paprika and added 1/2 a diced poblano pepper along with the sweet peppers. It came out delicious! Thank you for having the recipe here for us to enjoy. I’ll be making it again!

Love it and is now always in my spice cabinet!!!!

Eh. Just ok. Needed more salt and a bit more flavor. One of other comments stated they used smoked paprika and sea salt instead. I think that would make a difference.
