Grilled lobster cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and deveined
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the lobster meat, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Brush the patties with olive oil.
  5. Grill the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the lobster is cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately.

Tips:

  • You can use any type of lobster that you like. I used tail meat, but you could also use claw meat or knuckle meat.
  • If you don’t have cheddar cheese, you can substitute another type of cheese, such as Monterey Jack cheese or Gruyère cheese.
  • You can adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your liking. If you like your grilled lobster cheese more moist, you can add more mayonnaise.
  • You can also add other herbs and spices to the mixture, such as chives, parsley, or tarragon.

Enjoy!

Here are some additional tips for making this dish:

  • To prevent the patties from sticking to the grill, brush the grill grates with olive oil.
  • To check if the patties are cooked through, insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of a patty. The internal temperature should be 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the patties rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the patties.
