Quick Horseradish Aioli

Although mayonnaise is used to make this aioli, it tastes like it was prepared entirely from scratch. It tastes great when it’s paired with salmon cakes, prime rib, a burger, or a roast beef sandwich. You may easily quadruple this recipe. For optimum results, use mayo of high grade.

Ingredients

  1. ½ cup mayonnaise
  2. 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  3. 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  4. ¼ teaspoon salt
  5. ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, horseradish, vinegar, salt, and pepper in the bowl of a mini food processor or blender cup. Pulse a few times until mixed, about 10 seconds, scraping down the sides of the bowl halfway through.

Super easy and super tasty! The only change I made was to use minced garlic as I never use garlic powder. It was really good. Next time I might add just a bit more horseradish for a little more “bite”.
