- ⅔ cup leftover cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Beat butter in a bowl using an electric mixer until fluffy. Add cranberry sauce and beat until well incorporated and the mixture is light and airy. Serve immediately.

3.21.20 Just really surprised that there wasn’t much cranberry flavor in this, Only 2 ingredients, I used Land O’Lakes unsalted butter and leftover cranberry sauce from the fridge, tasted, and could no cranberry flavor at all. I added more sauce, mixed again, tasted, and then repeated to the point where this had more cranberry sauce than butter. This wasn’t bad, but it pretty much just tasted like good-quality butter. We had it with breakfast today, and I didn’t save what was left over..
