Lemon Dill Sauce for Salmon

Salmon or other fish pair nicely with this quick and simple lemon-dill sauce, which also goes great with steamed veggies.

Ingredients

  1. 6 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
  2. 1 tablespoon lemon juice, or to taste
  3. ¼ cup low-fat milk
  4. ½ teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  5. salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat cream cheese and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk until smooth. Slowly whisk in milk until incorporated and continue to heat until warmed through. Season with dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Adjust milk quantity of you want a thinner or thicker sauce.
