These little pies are my favorite since I can serve a variety of them and let each person choose their favorite. Use Granny Smith apples for this miniature apple pie. The small pie dishes are incredibly entertaining, and I ordered them online.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vodka
- 2 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur
- 2 tablespoons rum cream liqueur
- 2 tablespoons coffee flavored liqueur
- ¼ cup sweetened cream of coconut
- 1 ½ cups ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the vodka, Irish cream liqueur, rum cream liqueur, coconut cream and ice cubes. Cover, and blend for about 1 minute. Pour into two glasses.

My favorite drink from Aruba
I used Smirnoff Whipped Vodka and homemade Irish Cream in this drink. I did not have rum cream, I used two tablespoons light rum instead. Delicious drink. For me, I think it was the coconut cream that made this.
I too had this wonderful Brown Lady in Aruba at the Marriott outside beach bar. It is absolutely delicious. I am so glad Kathy posted this receipe. I will now buy the ingredients so I can make them soon.
I went to Aruba last year, I had this drink.. I kept forgetting the ingredients after having two or so Brown ladies.. I was too excited when I found the recipe.. Ran out and bought the rum cream liquor.. and just finished my first drink and it’s everything I Remember.. Yummy.. Aruba here I come again…
