nice recipe, very tasty

The recipe is good but it takes longer to fry the chicken I fried 1-2 inch thick chicken breasts for way longer than 3 minutes per side cause after 3 minutes they were still raw inside

It was so fast and easy. It tasted great with mashed potato and buttered green beans. I used chicken thighs instead of breast because it stays nice and tender. I also added crushed red pepper to give it a little kick. I loved it!

Amazing! I didn’t use Spice Islands brand salt or pepper and it was just fine! :-)))

I do not prefer pan frying. So I declined to pound em and baked it at 400 for 30.

This is a great recipe for delicious, very tender chicken! It is very simple and fast. The chicken didn’t quite cook all the way through, so I finished it in the microwave for two (2) minutes at a power level of 7. The coating could use a little more flavor.

Delicious and so easy. Pounding the chicken thin is an absolute must. The only thing I substituted was using garlic salt instead of garlic powder and omitting the regular salt. I used canola oil to fry them in. Make sure you have a plate with paper towels for when they are done or they will get soggy on your plate. So good!

This was great. My first thought was I should have bought some mozzarella. It would make a perfect flavorful chicken parm. I never measure seasonings, so I added a tad too much salt. We drizzled it with Alfredo sauce and it was delicious.

I added Parmesan to my panko bread crumbs for added flavor.

Super easy to make, quick and a welcome change from plain chicken breasts. Put them into warm tortillas and they were the perfect train snack for my university boys.

Very good recipe! We added grated Romano cheese in the crumb mixture and it’s fantastic!

Wow! This is a dish I could easily have once a week. Only changes were the suggestions on a reviewer to salt and pepper chicken directly, LIGHTLY flour both sides, dip in egg, then bread crumb mixture. I added about 1/2 c shredded Parmesan cheese. I baked it about 30 min at 350 after pan frying on both sides cause my pieces were bigger. EXCELLENT! Super tender.

I found this recipe by searching chicken breasts. I needed to put together a dinner quickly and all I had were chicken breasts plus I just happened to have the rest of the ingredients. It turned out quite nicely. Very tasty, crunchy, and quick! The chicken was moist. Thanks!
