Slow Cooker Cheesy Hash Brown Potatoes

  4.2 – 6 reviews  • Hash Brown Potato Recipes

This recipe was something I came up with using some ingredients I already had, and the whole family loved it. Also fantastic the next day for lunch with the spouse. Who wouldn’t adore bacon-wrapped, cheese-stuffed chicken?

It was very good and nice and creamy. Willing definitely make it again. After it got done cooking it in the slow cooker I turned the temperature down to warm and after about 2 hours it is still hot. Yummy

This was super easy to make! I thawed my hash browns out in the refrigerator and I would say a little less butter because they were kinda greasy unless one likes that.

I have made this using a different recipe for the crock pot and as a casserole. 2 cans of soup made it to soft and runny. Won’t use this recipe again.
