Reviews
Mine wasn’t as crispy as I would like. Loved the dipping sauce though. Also added a little cajun seasoning.
I wasn’t sure if we’d like these since we usually use a different seasoning for salmon patties, but they were delicious with the aioli! The flavors are perfect with the lemon coming through just a little. Easy and much healthier in comparison to pan frying. Perfect served with a side salad. I have a different air fryer, which doesn’t require preheating so my cook temp was a little higher, but they were done within 13 minutes…I just started with 10 minutes, rotating trays after 5 minutes and then watched em for about 2-3 minutes more. The lemon slices underneath the patties was ingenious and the first time I haven’t complained about cleaning my air fryer racks too. The only change I made, which was to taste preference, was adding a couple more pinches cajun seasoning and a little more lemon juice in the aioli. Will definitely be making this recipe again! Thanks for another great recipe, Bren!
Deliciously crispy and great with the sauce
I am a beginner air fryer person. They were very good
This was great. I live in high altitude (about 6500 ft) so it took 18-20 minutes to cook.
delicious
This was excellent. It tasted fresh, light and healthy, The only thing I added was about 1/2 tsp celery salt, I’ve tried the recipe with salmon and again with trout. It was great with both. My picky husband even liked it. This recipe is a keeper and will be in my regular rotation. Perfect for summer with a crisp salad.
