Ingredients
- 1 gallon water
- 1 (3 inch) cinnamon stick
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons rice flour
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup sugar, or to taste
Instructions
- Combine water and cinnamon stick in a pitcher. Set aside.
- Combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, rice flour, ground cinnamon, and sugar in a blender; blend on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until well blended.
- Add milk mixture to pitcher of water and stir until fully incorporated. Serve over ice or chilled.

To me it was not real horchata, it lacked the rice flavor. I omitted the sugar since it was plenty sweet with the SCM. Thanks for the recipe.
