My husband produces this renowned peanut sauce for us. The secret to this dish is that whole peanuts are used in place of peanut butter. In terms of flavor and texture, it is a huge improvement.

Ingredients

  1. 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
  2. ⅛ onion, minced
  3. 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  4. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  5. 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  6. 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
  7. ½ avocado
  8. 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Mix tuna, onion, mustard, mayonnaise, relish, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.
  2. Put mixture on top of the avocado and garnish with bagel seasoning.
  3. You can use Dijon mustard instead of yellow.
