Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butter
- ¾ cup white sugar
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup chopped pecans
- 3 ounces chopped white chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix flour and baking soda together in a bowl.
- Beat butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy. Beat egg into the mixture using a wooden spoon. Stir in flour mixture until fully combined. Fold chocolate chips, pecans, and white chocolate into the dough.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto 4 ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 12 minutes.

2.24.20 I baked half a recipe and ended up with 29 munchies. The recipe doesn’t tell you how much space to leave in between the cookies, but my recommendation would be no less than 2” or a bit more. Some of mine did bake together, but that wasn’t a deal breaker. They’re chewy, chocolaty with a little crunch from the pecans. Quick, easy, fast cleanup, and I’d make again. Thanks for sharing.
