These were super easy and delicious! I would absolutely make again! I needed an easy recipe to deliver to a sick neighbor along with chicken soup. I doubled the recipe and kept a pan for us. will save this recipe as one of my favorites! I can see other uses, too! I’m thinking it would be great patted out thinner and up the sides of the pan and baked as a crust, then filled with pudding or other toppings. Yum!

I loved this simple recipe! It worked out exactly as I wanted! I used King Arthur strawberry yogurt chips for a nice frosting. They’re yummy!

Very easy shortbread recipe. Goes great with coffee or tea in the morning. I think next time I’ll frost some of them with chocolate for snacks/dessert.

Very good and easy, but next time I plan on patting dough a bit thinner. I made a light orange flavored frosting/glaze for them. Yummy!

Easy and yummy. Half I made per recipe and the other half I added dried lavender and lemon peel to batter and drizzled with a light lemon glaze – pleased two people with one recipe
