This was really straightforward, I made a second batch and added star anise and cayenne and it’s my favourite ‘go to’ spice blend.. next time I may add some cardamom too 🙂
This is so easy to make, and saves on the expensive kind in the store. I loved how it tastes in my pumpkin muffins.
I swapped out the cinnamon sugar with a light sprinkle of this pumpkin pie spice on my butter-sprayed and baked tortilla wedges. Nice breakfast along with a small dish of vanilla Greek yogurt and some fresh fruit.
Can this mix be used in coffee as an add in flavor?? I just might have to try that.
I used this in the Perfect Pumpkin Muffin recipe on this site and it turned out great! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
The perfect thing to go on top of my cold foam iced coffee this afternoon! It tastes like fall!
The ingredients were just right. I am always looking for the best taste. This recipe is just right
Oh my goodness, how can something that tastes sooooo delicious, be so easy to make .
Fantastic!!!
Great… I used it for some pumpkin cupcakes.
Perfect balance of spices! I used the recipe to flavor a batch of soft gf sugar cookies … the family loved the hints of PS!
I made it without the cloves. I cannot have cloves. It was perfect. I’ve missed out on the pumpkin spice because they all have cloves. Now I’m a happy camper.
I like this recipe, it has a nice taste of cinnamon with a mellow flavor if the other spices. I did add in some all spice to the mix as well. With my next batch I may up the ginger and nut meg a little to see how subtle the changes are in flavour
I was so excited for this recipe because it saved me a trip to the store and a few dollars on a spice that I was able to make myself with spices I already had in the pantry. The only thing was that I put it through a small sifter afterwards to make sure there were no clumps of anything and I didn’t have a measuring spoon for 1/8 of a teaspoon so I just measured using my fingers by taking a pinch between my thumb, pointer and index fingers. Thank you for this!
Perfect! Jack o tinis here I come
Needs allspice.
Perfect!!! I add this to my sugar cookie recipe- people love it!!
I add it to my coffee as I brew it. Then, I can enjoy pumpkin spice coffee, after the season is over.
This recipe is Great didn’t need to make any changes.
This was great for my pumpkin pie! Loved it!
This recipe saved me! I was in the middle of making a dish when I realized I didn’t have any pumpkin spice. I’m so glad I thought to look it up on this site. It worked out great!
