Tuna Fish Salad

I came up with this recipe because I wanted to make something unusual using the pork chops and mushrooms I had on hand. These chops are a quick and delightful weekday main dish because to the richness of the mushrooms and the tang of the wine! Serve with a tossed green salad and hot buttered bowtie pasta or rice for a complete supper.

This is really good. I added eggs and sweet relish to my mix. My family enjoyed it.

So delicious! I just made it and love it so much. Better than my mom makes, and she is a great cook. Highly recommend.

Great recipe, but I prefer to use primal kitchen mayo which has avacado oil instead of the other mayo’s that use fattening seed oils. And I use safe catch tuna fish, sold at fresh market, it says it has less mercury. Again, thanks for the awesome ingredient list!

Had to sub dried onion & parsley, in smaller amounts of course. Made as directed otherwise EXCEPT I used two 5 oz cans of tuna instead of one. Proportions were great that way and I’ll for sure make it again!

Doubled the recipe and added 1/2 tablespoon sweet relish

Really good. My family enjoyed it!

I made it as posted, then thought it didn’t look like enough tuna so I added another can – delicious. I will also use this for chicken salad.

Delicious! I’d add less salt and more celery.

Great recipe, but I tweaked it a little. I added 3 cans of tuna instead of one. Kept the other ingredient quantities the same and it made a light tuna salad. My fam loved it! Definitely making this again!

Excellent recipe! I used 2 cans of tuna and 1/4+ cup of mayo. The rest of the proportions were the same.

Good basic recipe, I always add pickles, scallions, parsley and more lemon and mayo.

Made it exactly as recipe says and it was good. Nothing spectacular but it’s a simple easy recipe that I think many will love.

Good solid tuna salad recipe. I ate it on Sourdough Wasa crackers for a midday snack.

I was afraid to add the lemon juice. Maybe next time. Otherwise, it is very good.

My family LOVES this tuna salad. I make it exactly as listed, and it comes out perfect every time.

The recipe as-is makes no sense. HALF A CUP OF MAYONNAISE for ONE CAN of tuna is ridiculous haha. I used four 5oz cans of tuna and added one tablespoon sweet relish. Ditched the parsley, onions and paprika . Everything else exactly the same and it was delicious.
