This has so much baking soda in it that I could not eat this. I had to throw it away. All other proportions seem right on. It made a large, 6-inch pancake that looked beautiful, but tasted bad. I tried again with only ¼ tsp baking soda. It was a little flatter, but tasted so much better; I would give this version 4 stars. The name threw me off too. Silver dollar pancakes are small, the size of a silver dollar. This makes one giant pancake.
