Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries
- 1 ¼ cups dark brown sugar
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 ½ tablespoons bloody mary mix (such as Bloody Amazing Island Seasoning)
- 1 ½ tablespoons minced shallot
- 1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
Instructions
- Combine cranberries, brown sugar, lime juice, cilantro, bloody mary mix, shallot, and garlic in a food processor; pulse until mixture has the consistency of salsa.
- Pour sauce into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
