Buffalo Chicken Cheese Ball

The flavor of this dirty banana beverage is similar to an adult milkshake. And there are just 4 ingredients in the recipe! I add a frozen banana instead of ice, which will dilute it, as it thickens and lends the drink a creamy flavor.

Prep Time: 10 mins
Additional Time: 8 hrs
Total Time: 8 hrs 10 mins
Servings: 12
Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

  1. 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  2. 2 (5 ounce) cans chicken chunks, drained
  3. 1 tablespoon Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot®), or to taste
  4. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  5. ¼ teaspoon minced garlic, or to taste
  6. ½ (1 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Stir cream cheese until smooth. Mix in chicken until well incorporated. Add Buffalo sauce, mayonnaise, garlic, and ranch dressing mix; mix well.
  2. Scoop onto plastic wrap. Wrap and roll into a tight ball. Refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight.
  3. Sometimes I split the ball into two before adding the Buffalo sauce just to have one for those that prefer no heat. Either way it’s delicious!

I eyeballed the hot wing amount. So good you could eat it with a fork!
