Light Orange Cream Shake

This rich, flavorful, and straightforward dish for turkey chili gets better the next day! I top my chili with low-fat sour cream and Cheddar cheese. It tastes great with crackers as well.

Ingredients

  1. 4 ice cubes
  2. ½ (8 ounce) container fat-free vanilla yogurt
  3. 3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, or more to taste
  4. ¼ cup fat-free milk

Instructions

  1. Place ice cubes, yogurt, and orange juice concentrate into a blender and pour milk on top. Pulse until ice is somewhat chopped up. Blend until smooth and creamy.
