Easy and delicious, but very sweet. I used a little less oil and a little less bro. sugar to adjust for smaller box of cake mix, now 15.25 not 18.25 oz. (so only 18 cookies). Next time I may leave out brown sugar as white chips add a lot of extra sweetness.
This is a very good and very versatile recipe for quick cookies. I’ve used several different cake mixes and whatever chips I have at the time-one of the things I love about the recipe! Don’t skip the step of rolling them in the confectioner’s sugar; it really is just enough sweetness.
They were quick and easy and my family and company loved them! They are almost brownie-like. I used white chips and mini chocolate chips. I had no Heathbar pieces and needed to make something quick. Great recipe, thanks!
Super easy, fun to serve, and delicious!
Easy to make and delicious. I put caramel that I bought from Amish country. Delishhh!
This is a great recipe to use up bits and pieces from the pantry. Todays cake mixes are 16 1/2 ounces so I added 6 tablespoons of flour to make up the difference. I didn’t have the toffee chips but I did have toffee bits so I used those. I also didn’t have enough white chips so I used a combo of white, semi-sweet and milk chocolate. Thanks for sharing your recipe. #AllrecipesAllstarsCanada #Facelessnomore
