Ingredients:
- 1 (14-ounce) package pizza dough, thawed if frozen
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 1/2 cup chopped scallops, cooked
- 1/4 cup chopped crabmeat
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- Grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
- Place the dough in the prepared pan and spread the pizza sauce over the dough.
- Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese, shrimp, scallops, crabmeat, green onions, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Tips:
- You can use any type of seafood that you like in this pizza. I used a mix of shrimp, scallops, and crabmeat, but you could also use fish fillets, calamari, or even lobster.
- If you don’t have pizza dough, you can use store-bought pizza crust.
- You can adjust the amount of seasoning to your liking. If you like your pizza spicy, you can add more garlic powder and black pepper.
- You can serve the pizza with your favorite dipping sauce. Some popular dipping sauces for pizza include ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, and marinara sauce.
