Seafood pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14-ounce) package pizza dough, thawed if frozen
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallops, cooked
  • 1/4 cup chopped crabmeat
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
  4. Place the dough in the prepared pan and spread the pizza sauce over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese, shrimp, scallops, crabmeat, green onions, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Tips:

  • You can use any type of seafood that you like in this pizza. I used a mix of shrimp, scallops, and crabmeat, but you could also use fish fillets, calamari, or even lobster.
  • If you don’t have pizza dough, you can use store-bought pizza crust.
  • You can adjust the amount of seasoning to your liking. If you like your pizza spicy, you can add more garlic powder and black pepper.
