Banana Smoothie I

At the dinner table, I guarantee that this chicken will bring smiles. One of the best chicken pan sauces you’ve ever tasted is made with rosemary, apples, and cider, which together have a sweet and savory flavor. And finally, add some bacon as a garnish, yeah!

I used half the keto sugar and it was just fine.

muy bueno!! I added a bit of cocoa powder and a bit more sugar to make it chocolate flavored… also skipped the egg. thanks for the recipe! I love the texture

Great as a protein shake. I just added an extra egg and took out the sugar. Great tasting and a fantastic post-workout.

I loved this recipe. The taste is amazing. I did change it slightly, though. I used 2 bananas, took out the egg, and then halved the amount of vanilla extract and sugar, making it 1/2 teaspoon of each. Wonderful recipe and definitely recommend!

I topped mine with whipped cream and added a pinch of nutmeg

This is like banana pudding in a cup!!! AMAZING! I added 4 frozen strawberries, and it just slghtly changed the taste. I highly recommend trying the original, and with strawberries.

This is an easy recipe and excellent breakfast food for those paleo and protein rich dieters out there. I used 3/4 of a cup of milk (all I had in the house at the time), Truvia instead of sugar and accidentally omitted the vanilla extract and it still was VERY tasty! NOTE: use very ripe frozen bananas. Makes a deliciously smooth smoothie.

It was very good and if you don’t want to use the raw egg you shouldn’t need it but it will change the texture.
