At the dinner table, I guarantee that this chicken will bring smiles. One of the best chicken pan sauces you’ve ever tasted is made with rosemary, apples, and cider, which together have a sweet and savory flavor. And finally, add some bacon as a garnish, yeah!

I used half the keto sugar and it was just fine.
muy bueno!! I added a bit of cocoa powder and a bit more sugar to make it chocolate flavored… also skipped the egg. thanks for the recipe! I love the texture
Great as a protein shake. I just added an extra egg and took out the sugar. Great tasting and a fantastic post-workout.
I loved this recipe. The taste is amazing. I did change it slightly, though. I used 2 bananas, took out the egg, and then halved the amount of vanilla extract and sugar, making it 1/2 teaspoon of each. Wonderful recipe and definitely recommend!
I topped mine with whipped cream and added a pinch of nutmeg
This is like banana pudding in a cup!!! AMAZING! I added 4 frozen strawberries, and it just slghtly changed the taste. I highly recommend trying the original, and with strawberries.
I Orange sliced on top so like it can be moist and juicy again on Saturday, August 1 next week next month
This was so sweet and delicious! Thank u!!!
This was amazing!! I didn’t use egg. Also used Unsweetened vanilla almond milk, trivia instead of sugar and frozen banana!!Yummy!!:) I will definitely make this again!
I use almond milk, 1 spoon sugar and add in a scoop of vanilla protein powder. Comes out perfect
This is an easy recipe and excellent breakfast food for those paleo and protein rich dieters out there. I used 3/4 of a cup of milk (all I had in the house at the time), Truvia instead of sugar and accidentally omitted the vanilla extract and it still was VERY tasty! NOTE: use very ripe frozen bananas. Makes a deliciously smooth smoothie.
Left out the eggs. Super yummy! great for my preschoolers!
I doubled it, added 8 oz frozen peach flavor yogurt. And 6-8 ice cubes.
SOOOO GOOODDD
It was very good and if you don’t want to use the raw egg you shouldn’t need it but it will change the texture.
This recipe was amazing!! I will totally make it again!!
Outstanding! Will make again & agian.

Put two bananas in and a cup of ice and no egg. And it was great!!
I made 2 changes and they were: 1) I changed the extract I used almond!!!! 2) Instead of a banana I used banana pudding!!!! I LOVED IT EVEN MY FAMILY LOVED IT!!!!!
