Watermelon Soda

Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, is where this beverage got its start. There are many distinct versions. For more zing, I personally added lime juice. Very fruity to mask the flavor of the alcohol. Coconut and pineapple are the two main flavors. Add an orange slice, cherry, or lime wedge as a garnish.

I absolutely loved this! It is easy and fun to do, (Trust me I am 12). Instead of using sparkling water I used my soda machine. And also made a lime/lemon version

A great use of fresh watermelon, making a light and not overly sweet refreshing drink, perfect on a hot summer’s day.
