Strawberry Banana Pineapple Bites

Bananas, strawberries, and a creamy pineapple concoction are diced and placed on top of Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®.

Ingredients

  1. 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained and juice reserved
  2. 2 bananas, peeled and chopped
  3. 1 ½ cups chopped fresh strawberries
  4. 1 (6 ounce) container low-fat vanilla yogurt
  5. 1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese, softened
  6. ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  7. 2 (14 ounce) packages Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®
  8. 1 tablespoon Honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Place bananas in a bowl; add 1/4 cup of pineapple juice. Toss to coat bananas. Drain. Mix in chopped strawberries.
  2. Mix cream cheese with a hand mixer at low speed in a small bowl until smooth. Add vanilla yogurt and vanilla extract; beat until combined. Fold in drained pineapple.
  3. Place a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on Pretzel Crisps®. Top with chopped bananas and strawberries. Drizzle with honey. Arrange Pretzel Crisps® on a serving tray. Cover tray with plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for no more than 2 hours.
  5. Refrigerate for no more than 2 hours. The snacks will get soggy if you refrigerate too long.
