Ingredients

  1. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  2. 1 medium avocado – peeled, pitted, and diced
  3. ⅓ cup fresh blueberries
  4. 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  5. 1 (1 gram) packet stevia powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon MCT oil powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine almond milk, avocado, blueberries, cocoa powder, stevia powder, and MCT oil powder in a blender (such as NutriBullet®) and blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Add ice before blending if you like or freeze for a tasty frozen treat.

There was nothing chocolatey in this shake. But that was to be expected with only 1 tsp of cacao powder. It was bland and I wound up adding another packet of Stevia and some Torani Sugar Free Chocolate syrup just to able to drink it. Even with those additions, I could only drink half of it.
