Pumpkin Spice Whipped Coffee

Ingredients

  1. ¾ cup milk
  2. 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  3. 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice syrup (such as Torani®)
  4. ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, divided
  5. 2 packets stevia sweetener (such as Truvia®)
  6. ¼ cup boiling water
  7. 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  8. 1 tablespoon white sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice syrup, 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, and sweetener in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Stir until well combined and heated through.
  2. Combine boiling water, coffee granules, sugar, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice in a tall container. Whip with an immersion blender until foamy, about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour pumpkin-milk mixture into a mug and top with coffee foam.
  4. Any milk can be used, plant based or dairy. Stevia or sugar can be used in place of Truvia(R).

I am a coffee pro and I think its pretty good though I would only change 1 thing and add two change coffee to espresso and add almond and vanilla pure!

Excellent. I used a milk frother to whip up the coffee. Got alot of volume with it. Loved it.

Yum! I used a hand mixer to foam up the coffee and it came out perfect. This is now a favorite.
